2.Robert J. Roden will be responsible for amending the legal description on the deed <br />for his property to read as follows: <br />Lot 10, Orchard Park, except the northerly 100’ of the westerly 177' <br />thereof. <br />3.The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed <br />by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder ’s Office or <br />Registrar of Titles Office on or before April 28, 1997 together with a certified <br />original copy of this resolution. This subdivision cannot be filed until the required <br />legal combination has been completed by subdividers as set forth in condition 1 <br />above. <br />4.The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been <br />filed by the date specified above.
