Planning Commission suggested that applicant work with staff to <br />detemiine the cosmetic versus structural nature of contemplated repairs, if structural restoration <br />variances are necessary- to bring that back as a separate application. <br />Stafl* Recommendation <br />Staff concurs with Planning Commission that the stairways, retaining wall and grotto should <br />be restored.
