The
estate representatives have been working with realtor Jeff Martineau and have submitted revised
plans addressing the stated concerns of the Planning Commission:
1.0-75' hardcover is now proposed to decrease from 1,195 s.f. to 1,185 s.f., rather
than the earlier proposal to increase to 1,280 s.f
