29. PARTIES BOUND <br />The covenants and conditions contained in this Agreement shall, subject to the <br />provisions as to assignment, transfer, and subletting, apply to and bind the heirs. <br />successors, executors, administrators, and assigns of all of the parties to the Agreement. <br />30. TIME OF THE ESSENCE <br />Time is of the essence of this Agreement, and of each and every covenant, term. <br />condition, and provision of this Agreement. <br />31. SECTION CAPTIONS <br />The captions appearing after the section number designations of this Agreement <br />for are convenience only and are not a part of this Agreement and do not m any way limit <br />or amplify the terms and provisions of this Aerecmcnt. <br />32. CONSTRUCTION OF AGREEMENT <br />It is agreed that this Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. It is further agreed that both parties <br />have participated in the drafting of this Agreement, by and through their respective legal <br />counsel, and that the rule of construction that ambicuities in such aureements will be <br />construed against the drafter will have no application in any interpretation or construction <br />of this Agreement or the parties rights and responsibilities hereunder. <br />i
