It, <br />or permit to be kept, used, or sold, in or about the demised premises, any article that may <br />be prohibited by the standard form of lire insurance policies. <br />Lessee shall, at its sole cost, comply with all requirements of any insurance <br />organization or company, necessary for the maintenance of insurance, as provided in this <br />Agreement, covering any building and appurtenances at any time located on the demised <br />premises <br />15. WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED <br />asis <br />During the term of this Agreement, Lessee shall comply with all applicable laws <br />affecting the demised premises, the breach of which might result in any penalty on <br />Lessor. Property Insurance coverage of premises.
