ARENA RENTAL AND USK OF PRFIVIISF.S <br />Lessee shall maintain and operate the arena principally for youth and high school <br />ice hockey activities, secondarily for use by Lessor in support of its educational and <br />recreational programs and, lastly for other community skating and ice rink related <br />activities and for public community recreational athletic and assembly uses, including <br />community meetings, the foregoing order constituting an intended priority of purposes. <br />all primarily, (though not exclusively), for the benefit of those persons residing in or <br />attending the schools of Lessor. <br />More specifically.
