city Council Chambers, regarding the scope of <br />uses currently permitted under conditional <br />use permits in residential zoning districts. <br />a copy of the formal notice from the <br />City of that hearing is enclosed for <br />your convenience. <br />While the zoning amendments relate generally to <br />issues under the zoning code, the contemplated amendments <br />include specific reference to our proposed indoor ice arena <br />use, and will relate to the rear setback that applies to our <br />project. <br />we will be requesting that the project be <br />built with a 50 foot rear setback (along the <br />west property line of the proposed site), as <br />currently contemplated under Section 10.20, <br />Subd. 3(A).
