I request that you approach this project in <br />reverse order... First the needs of homeowners and businesses affected, <br />then traffic from points west and then MNDOT's. Our home is our greatest <br />investment and we chose not to live next to the air, noise and light <br />pollution of a highway. Appease us through relocation, or financial <br />incentives, and you will have your road.
