• •City of OROINO <br />CITY <br />OF <br />ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2128 _________ <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION #2088 <br />OF PROPERTY TO <br />LOT 4, BLOCK <br />CTING THE PRIVATE SALE <br />PROPERTY OWNERS <br />HILL REVISED <br />WHEREAS/ 1290 Spruce Place has been directed for sale to <br />the abutting property owners under Resolution #2088 dated <br />November 2*4/ 1986; and <br />WHEREAS/ that resolution contains costs incurred by the <br />City of Orono to be $1,800.00; and <br />WHEREAS/ that figure is incorrect and a review of the <br />financial records of the City indicates a total expenditure of <br />$2,220.50; and <br />WHEREAS, costs that were incurred following the tax <br />forfeiture of the property can be recouped as part of the sale. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City requests <br />the County to recoup the total amount of its costs in the amount <br />of $2,220.50 as part of the sal'' of the property to abutting <br />property owners. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />.Minnesota at a regular meeting held Februari 9, 1987.i <br />1
