This parcel has forfeited to the State <br />of Minnesota for non-payment of property taxes. The Hennepin County Auditor, is the <br />Trustee/Administrator of Minnesota owned Tax Forfeited Lands lying within Hennepin County, pursuant <br />to laws providing for the forfeiture of real property. <br />The lands as described on Conservation / Non-Conservation Classification List, were classified as either <br />conservation lands or non-conservation lands, as is appropriate, by thi Administrative Review Board <br />of Hennepin County, evidenced by County Auditor's Directive No. 96-29. oursuant to authority granted <br />by the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners by Resolution No. 95-8-556R1, and in accordance <br />to Minnesota Statute 282.135. <br />As required under M.S. 282.01 we request that your city council review Conservation / Non- <br />Conservation List. We require a certified copy of a municipal resolution which resolves and approves <br />the parcel(s) for public auction, auction to adjacent owners, or request a conveyance to your city for <br />a public use. See enclosed outline for suggested points to be covered in your municipal resolution. <br />The parcel on this list was previously approved for sale to adjacent owners and sold 4/21/87. <br />However the contract to purchase was cancelled 10/29/92 for nonpayment of the installment payment <br />and delinquent real estate taxes. <br />Mease be advised that the sale of the lands shall be deemed to be aporoved pursuant to M.S. 282.01. <br />Subd. 1. for a public sale if the city council falls to respond to this classification notice within ninety <br />(90) days of certified mail receipt.
