MINUTES OF COUNCIL WORK SESSION OF <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 1996 <br />Members present; Mayor Callahan, CouiKilmember Jabbour, Councilmember Kelley and <br />Councilmember Hurr. Others present Ron Moorse, City Administrator. <br />Mayor Callahan indicated the purpose of the meeting was to review the performance of the City <br />Administrator. The Council reviewed objectives completed in 1995/1996. The Council <br />iiKlicated the City Administrator’s performance met the Council’s expectations and reflected a <br />number of significant accomplishments. It was suggested that efforts be made to increase <br />communication with the Council to keep the Council informed of in-process projects and <br />activities. The Council reviewed proposed objectives for 1996/1997. <br />Based on performance meeting expectations, the Council approved a salary adjustment to place <br />the City Administrator salary at step 4 of the 19% City Administrator salary range. <br />ATTEST: <br />/ <br />Edward J.
