Applicant to obtain a permit for this deck prior <br />to constmction. <br />7.Final 75-250 ’ hardcover as calculated under current methods equals 8,205-1,488+35 <br />= 6,752 s.f or 24.3%. This brings the property into conformity under our current <br />method of calculating hardcover although it is approximately 662 s.f more than was <br />approved in 1986. <br />Options for Action <br />1.
