A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A PLAT OF A SUBDIVISION OF A <br />LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT, LINDEN WOODS <br />FILE NO. 2101 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br />the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearrangement by Charles W. Hommeyer, Kenneth B. Rolland and Jeffrey A. Bowen <br />(hereinafter "the subdividers"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the vacation of certain unimproved <br />road right-of-ways within the subdivision per Resolution No.______; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement has created three lots, all <br />meeting the required lot standards of the LR-IB zoning district, finding that each lot is of a size <br />and configuration that will allow its continued use as a single family residence to be fully <br />developed without the need of any variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the platting <br />regulations of the City, including; <br />1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3676. <br />2.Dedication on the plat of additional right-of-way for a public road known as Linden <br />Avenue. <br />3. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />Page 1 of 3
