Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 2 <br />September 17,1996 <br />#2171 Minnegasco, a division of NorAm Energy, 530 Old Ciystal Bay Road North <br />Planning Commusion Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the conditional use permit for <br />Minnegasco to continue the use of the portable gas vaporizer at the industrial property located <br />at 530 Old Crystal Bay Road North with the understanding that the entire operation will cease <br />as of the 1997/1998 heating season and that the site will be restored by May 31, 1998. The <br />enclosed resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the Planning <br />Commission recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
