A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />OF A PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />3335 CRYSTAL BAY ROAD <br />FILE NO. 2170 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br />the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearrangement by Larry H. Nelson (hereinafter "the subdivider") of properties legally <br />described on the survey attached to this resolution as Parcels A and B (hereinafter "the property ); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the City for a Class <br />I subdivision of properties to be legally combined for tax purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of the above referenced properties <br />by the subdivider as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed surveyor <br />of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., dated November 30, 1992, most revised date July 25, 1996, and <br />attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Upon approval of this division by the City Council, Larry H. Nelson shall apply <br />to the City for the legal combination of Parcels A and B as described in the above <br />referenced survey. <br />The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed <br />by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder’s Office or <br />Registrar of Titles Office on or before March 23, 1997 together with a certified <br />original copy of this resolution. <br />Page 1 of 2
