Planning Commission suggested that applicant work with staff to <br />determine the cosmetic versus structural nature of contemplated repairs, if structural restoration <br />variances are necessary to bring that back as a separate application. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff concurs with Planning Commission that the stairways, retaining wall and grotto should <br />be restored. Additionally, Council should give applicant direction regarding the restoration of <br />the boathouse. <br />A resolution for approval of the restoration of the stairways, grotto and retaining wall is <br />attached for Council adoption. <br />Options for Action <br />1.
