A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS <br />St^BDIVISION OF A LOT LLNE REARRANGEMENT <br />FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br />AND ADJACENT TO 3860 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br />FILE NO. 2155 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br />the City; and <br />WH^^REAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearranpement by Nancy Krause and Dan Handlin and the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"the subdividers") of properties legally described as Lots 20, 21 and 22, Block 7, and Lot 23, <br />Block 7, all in Crystal Bay View, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br />metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes <br />resulting in the relocation of the common boundary between said Lots 20-22 and Lot 23. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for Nancy <br />Krause and Dan Handlin and the City of Orono as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Ronald <br />J. Swenson dated June 17, 1996, revised June 27, 1996, and attached to this resolution, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Applicants shall sign the above noted survey where indicated and shall provide a <br />1 " = 200' copy to the City. <br />Upon City Council approval of this subdivision, the City will take the necessary <br />steps to convey Parcel A as shown on the above referenced survey, to Hennepin <br />County for sale to the adjacent property owner. <br />Page 1 of 2
