This would add height past the average lakeshore <br />setback line and past the 75 ’ line. Gaffron also noted the existing grade level deck. The <br />average lakeshore setback line was said to be in line with the house and possibly behind <br />the setback with the survey line as shown. Gaffron said there are also *’ ubs with rock <br />and plastic which normally would be removed within the 0-75' setback. A sidewalk has <br />been taken out in the 0-75' area. <br />I
