A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED 1996 <br />TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1997 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City council of the City of Orono, County of <br />Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums; as reduced by HACA, be levied for the current <br />year, collectible in 1997 upon the taxable property in the City of Orono, for the following <br />purposes: <br />General Fund - Operating <br />PIR Fund - Infrastructure Replacement (Storm Sewer) <br />PIR Fm^ - Infrastructure Replacement (Road) <br />G.O. Sewer Improvement Bond 1992 <br />G.O. Sewer, Water, Street Improvement Bond 1982 <br />G.O. Refunding Bond 1995 - (Debt Fund) <br />G.O. Refunding Bond 1995 - (Operating Funds) <br />Public Facilities Revenue Bond 1991 - HRA <br />$1,680,900 <br />40.000 <br />45,500 <br />30.000 <br />4,500 <br />30,000 <br />105,650 <br />225,000 <br />TOTAL ALL LEVIES $2,161,6^ <br />The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held September 9, 1996. <br />Edward J.
