He proposes the rezoning of that property and the adjacent portions of Navarre Lane <br />from LR-IC to B-5, for the purpose of constructing a light retail/office building on the property <br />which conceptually may include a bank, drive-up auto tellers, and two-story retail/otTice <br />building.
