Gaffi'on said alot of the <br />uses fit in a neighborhood setting Gaflfron said if there was concern with a use for the <br />property under the permitted use list, the B-5 zoning would have to be amended. It was <br />noted that as the ordinance now stands, any of the permitted uses could occur. Peterson <br />voiced concern with a conditional use of oflF-street parking. <br />Hawn said she saw the issue as w hether to approve the B-5 as it stands and encourage the <br />review She did not see any of the permitted uses as being obno.xious and any concern <br />with a conditional use would have to be reviewed by the Planning Commission. Hawn <br />noted from letters received from the neighbors, they are in favor of and want the <br />development, are frustrated with the site as it stands and would be gratified by an upscale <br />building ^ the neighborhood
