The <br />plans for the proposed project indicate that it will improve the appearance and the usage <br />of the property It could also be an impetus to upgrade the appearance of the Navarre <br />business area <br />We hope th.it you will take the necessary steps so this property can be rezoned and the <br />proposed building plans can be executed without delay The property is next to and <br />across the street from other business property, so it will be in keeping of the character of <br />the neighborhood to ha\e additional business in the area <br />Sincerely, <br />Gail and Jay Richards <br />j'
