Location of wetlands. <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />Sloping topography to south and east. <br />Subdivider's responsibility to provide a future access road to serve <br />property to east. <br />Property is surrounded by 1,800' of County Road along the north and <br />west sides. <br />The existing access serving Lot 6 has been found to be unsafe and <br />encroaciics within property to the south. The new curb cut developed at <br />the shared lot lines of Lots 5 and 6 has been approved by the County <br />and meets the required sighting distance for a 50 mph speed zone. <br />New curb cut to serve Lot 2 has been found to meet the si^ ;>fi§rSJLiety <br />standards for the 50 mph speed zone. <br />G. The location of septic sites on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4. <br />H. Desire of subdivider to preserve views to the south and southeast for the <br />obvious building sites on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4. <br />10. Orono's Community Management Plan, Transportation Chapter, CMP 7-17 states <br />as follows: <br />"PRIVATE DRIVEWAY A driveway is a privately ovmed and privately <br />maintained vehicle path between the street and private property. Private <br />driveways shall be subject to access permits according to the classification of the <br />abutting street.
