Require them to dramatically reduce the size of their driveway and <br />turnaround area and/or demolish the existing asphalt driveway and go back to <br />"pavers', all with the intention of turning the clock back and trying to make this lot <br />conform to the 25% hardcover limitation in the 75'-250 ‘ zone; or <br />2.
