Transmitted <br />herewith are ten (10) copies of the bid tabulation for your information and file. <br />The following summarizes the results of the low three bids received: <br />Low Ford Construction, Inc. $69,872.00 <br />#2 GHT Construction, Inc. $77,860.00 <br />#3 J & D Enterprises of Duluth, Inc. $81,620.00 <br />The low bidder on the project was Ford Construction, Inc. with a Base Bid of $69,872.00. This <br />compares favorably with the engineer’s estimate of $70,000.00. These bids have been reviewed <br />and found to be in order.
