/r DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT <br />This agreement is between Kalhi Jo Pfeiffer, the owner of Lot 1, Block <br />1, Bayview Farms 2nd Addition and Harvey B. Worms and Kathj <br />Worms, the contract purchasers of Parcel B of Bayview Farms 2nd <br />Addition. <br />The owner of lot 1, Block 1 will allow the buyers of Parcel B. to use <br />the existing driveway on lot 1 for ingress and egress to Parcel B until <br />such time as a permanent driveway is constructed to said parcel. <br />The buyers of Parcel B intends to obtain permanent access from the <br />property lying to the west of said Parcel B when such property is <br />developed. <br />In exchange for this temporary use of the existing driveway, the <br />buyers of Parcel B agrees to maintain such driveway in useable <br />condition and will deed that portion of Parcel B previously described <br />as Outlot B and D i- Kathi Jo Pfeiffer if and when a permanent <br />driveway from the west is constructed. <br />All existing trees lying within such Outlots B and D will become the <br />property of the owner of Lot 1, Block 1 and may be removed from <br />the Outlots as desired by the owner of Lot 1, upon the signing of this <br />temporary easement document by the undersigned parties and <br />approval of such by the City of Orono. <br />Signed this dav of 1996 <br />Owner of Lot 1, Block 1, Bayview Farms <br />2nd Addition. <br />Contract purchasers of Parcel B, Bayview Farms 2nd Addition. <br />Approved by the City of Orono
