CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLITION OF THE Cm COUNCIL <br />NO- <br />5.In the event that Ouilots B and D are used as an access road serving a future <br />development in Outlet C. the residences on proposed Lot 1, Block 1 and proposed <br />Lot 1. Block 2 shall revise their driveway locations onto said Outlot roadway and <br />eliminate direct access to Bayside Road. <br />No additional right-of-way for County Road 84 w ill be granted although Hennepin <br />Count)' has requested it. <br />Payment of park dedication fees and the dedication of additional public easements <br />within Outlets A, B. C and D will not be required until Outlot C is funher <br />developed. <br />The residence on proposed Lot 1. Block 1 shall be provided with a new' septic <br />svsiem within the time frame and requirements of the City code. <br />The m-:al shed located at the northwest corner of Outlot C shall be removed <br />within one vear of final plat approval unless a complete formal application for <br />subdivision of Outlot C has been submitted by that date. <br />10.The aforesaid plat .shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County <br />Recorder's Office on or before May 14, ’995 together with a certified original <br />copy of this resolution and executed copies of the easement documents noted <br />above. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat 'nas not been filed b> the <br />specified above. In that event, it wili be necessar)' to file a new application with the Citydate spec <br />of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Pase 5 of 6
