Via the final plat, the drainage and utility easements have been designated along the <br />nwwly defined division lines. The developer h^ fulfilled all conditions of the preliminary <br />subdivision approval including the submittal of all required documents. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted for Council’s review and action. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution of the plat of Maple Place Second <br />Addition.
