He was on the mailing list <br />(Attachment 1) and the address listed is correct. Further, the file contains only only one notice from <br />this mailing returned by the post office, for a property at 980 Tonkawa Road. These were mailed <br />first class, hence would have been returned if not delivered. It is our policy to keep in the file those <br />items returned by the P.O. 1 would therefore conclude that Mr. Putnam was properly notified of this <br />meeting.
