Approval <br />was based on the hardships set forth in the staff memo prepared for Planning Commission <br />review (Page 3). The approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of <br />the Planning Commission recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
