However, per our conversation, staff <br />will recommend that Council refer it back to the Planning Commission's June 17 agenda for review <br />of your revised proposal (this will be a "consent agenda" item on June 10, you don't need to be <br />present). <br />1.Additional information, including your revised proposal and written materials, should be <br />submitted by Wednesday, June 5 if possible in order for the Council to refer it back to <br />Planning Commission. Please let staff know if this isn't possible. <br />2.If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available <br />from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
