Have applicants provided sufficient additional information to show that a hardship exists? <br />Staff Recommendation <br />If Planning Commission determines that the revised proposal yielding a greater hardcover decrease, <br />in combination with the additional hardships suggested by the applicants is sufficient to justify the <br />requested variance, then a recommendation for approval would be appropriate. <br />Whether or not a recommendation for approval is forthcoming, Planning Commission should address <br />the need for an after-the-fact permit for the lakeshore stairway. <br />Options for Action <br />1. <br />2. <br />Recommend approval of after-the-fact variances under the revised proposal, including <br />payment of at, r-the-fact variance and permit fees, and addressing lake stairway. <br />Recommend approval of the revised plan as noted above, with specific additional conditions, <br />and addressing lake stairway. <br />3.
