J <br />I <br />Financial Trends and Conditions of the C ity of Orono <br />General Fund <br />The General Fund had an excess of revenue over expenditures and other financing uses of S226.143 in <br />1995, bringing the total fund balance up to SI,656,701 at December 31, 1995, which is the highest it has <br />been since December 31, 1988. These monies were accumulated in the General Fund until the <br />Capital Project Fund was established for the project. <br />-5-
