Request for Council Action continued <br />page 3 of 3 <br />June 19, 1996 <br />Saga Hill Park Land Acquisition <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />1.Motion to set out the parameters within which the Council would accept a conservation <br />easement on the property. <br />2.Motion to approve/deny the expenditure of $50,000 from the Park Dedication Fund as <br />interim funding for the purchase. <br />3. Motion to authorize expendimres for an environmental review and closing costs. <br />4.Motion to approve/deny the expenditure of $1,500 from the Park Dedication Fund for <br />the updated appraisal. <br />5. Motion to approve/deny the contribution of $2,500 to the Minnesota Land Trust. <br />I
