(ORONO) <br />1449 Shoreline Drive, City of Orono <br />has paid the sum of Sixteen Hundred Thirteen and _75/10p_*_s- - - - -DOLLARS <br />lo the Treasurer of said LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT as required by the Ordinances of said <br />District and complied with all the requiremenu of said Ordinances necessary for obuining this License; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, By order of the Board of Directors of said District and by virtue hereof, the said <br />MINNETONKA BOAT WORKS, INC. hereby licensed and authorized to <br />operate a multiple dock subject to existing and future density policies and regulations adopted by the District’s Board <br />of Directors Per 4/14/99 site plan; subject to order of 9/26/90 <br />for a sppr-Tnl lironspr subject to amended amenities <br />approved on P/9/95._______________________________________________ <br />for ihc period of the 1996 Dock season and <br />ending PecOlTiber 31 19 96 jyj^jeet to all the conditions and provisions of said Ordinances. <br />Violations of the provisions of the District’s Code of Ordinances <br />arc punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or imposition of a fine of not more than S700, or both. <br />Given under my hand and the corporate seal of the LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT this <br />13th ^ , March . p. ,9_96 <br />Attest AIcuttChairman Douoflas F • Babcock <br />LIGHTING OF MULTIPLE DOCKS <br />License is subject to LMCD Code Sec. 2.03# Subd. 12# which states in part <br />"Dock lighting shall not be directed toward the lake in such a manner that <br />it impairs the vision of# or confuses operators of watercraft. No lighting <br />in the area of the lake shall be installed or directed so as to affect <br />adjoining dock use areas or create a hazard to navigation. <br />The LMCD board encourages all licensees to examine the intensity of their <br />lights from the water. Lights beaming significantly beyond the dock use <br />area should be adjusted by redirecting the beam# adding a shield if redirect <br />ing the beam does not correct the beam intensity and possibly reducing the <br />light source wattage. This cooperation is urged to eliminate the need for <br />more restrictive lighting regulations.
