INSURANCE COMPANIES <br />MARINA OPERATORS LIABILITY CLAUSES <br />Attached to and forming part of Policy No. C3MH 7388904-01 of the American National Fire Insurance Company <br />1. In consideration of the payment of premiun and subject to the limits of liability, exclusions, conditions and other <br />terms of this policy, this Company agrees to pay on behalf of the Insured, all suns which the Insured shall become <br />obligated to pay by reason of the liability imposed upon him (them) by law for physical loss of or damage to <br />private pleasure watercraft and their motors including boats, trailers and other appurtenances, the property <br />of others, while in his (their) care, custody or control at the premises scheduled in Clause #2 for any of the <br />operations indicated below: <br />COVERED A. Repair, alterations or maintenance; <br />COVERED B. Land storage; <br />COVERED <br />NOT COVERED <br />COVERED <br />C. Mooring at slips, spaces or buoys; <br />D. Hauling out or launching not in connection with operation A. or B.; <br />E. Fueling and miscellaneous servicing of a transient nature. <br />2. This Insurance covers only in respect of covered operations only at the following premises, including adjacent <br />moorings and while being shifted or moved by land or water within 25 miles of such premises in connection with <br />covered operations. <br />The maximua liability arising out of any one loss, accident or occurrence at any scheduled premise shall not exceed <br />the amount(s) listed below; <br />LIMIT OF LIABILITY LOCATION <br />A. $1,000,000. <br />B. This insurance covers only for the excess over and above >1.000. of the aggregate of claims, losses, legal fees and <br />expenses under all operations covered by this policy arising out of any one loss, accident or occurrence. <br />4. The Irtsured, by the acceptance of this policy, warrants and agrees to keep a complete and accurate record of all <br />gross receipts of operations covered by this policy, which record shall be open for examination by representatives <br />of this Company at all times during business hours at any time during the currency of this policy period and for <br />three years after the final termination of this policy, for purposes related to the premiun or subject matter of <br />this insurance. <br />J <br />5. This insurance may be cancelled by the Insured or by this Company by giving ten (10) days notice in writing. Notice <br />to the Insured shall be : tn his (their) last known address. <br />6.
