Other <br />mediators are from other community programs such as WSMC, civil coun (Rule 114) <br />roster and special education (Stale Office program). <br />We have been approached to consider a contractual relationship for mediation <br />services in Carv er County which we hope will be developed <br />In 1995. we opened 752 cases, (460 were Housing Court mediations), 668 were <br />mediated or conciliated, 2889 parties served (2597 participants and 292 information and <br />referral). <br />Sincerely, <br />Susan A.
