Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended by adding Section 12 30 <br />Subd. 4 H as follows: <br />H Subdivision Applications No subdivision, lot division or replatting for the <br />purpose of creatine a new building site, which property includes the use of on-site systems, shall be <br />approved by the City until a site evaluation report and system design when required has been <br />reviewed and approved, and all existing systems have been inspected and certified bv the City as <br />being in compliance with this Section
