Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended by amending Section <br />12.30 Subd 4 F. as follows; <br />F. Building Permit Applications No building permit shall be issued by-the City <br />for any new building whieh thai will be connected to a-new an on-site sewage treatment system until <br />the site evaluation report-tmd an on-site system design specificat ions as required by-the MPCA <br />Regulations Chapter 70 80 and the City-Code hove has been reviewed and approved by the City, tin <br />building permit shall be issued for any construction within a desianated drainfield site (within the <br />setback from said drainfield site) until another drainfield site is approved by the City .‘^here the <br />construction of additional bedrooms, bathrooms installation of mechanical equipment; or other <br />factor s likely to affect mechanical equipment likely to affect the operation of the system can be <br />reasonably anticipated, the inatallat ion of a system for such anticipated need shal l be required on-site <br />system must be confirmed as being of adequate capacity for the anticipated use. If expansion or <br />replacement of the on-site system is required, an on-site system design must be approved bv the City
