Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, 55323 <br />Phone (612)473-7357 Fax 473-0510 <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Monday, April 15. 1996, at 7:30 p.m., on the matter of the City of Orono's application <br />to vacate a portion of Navarre Lane between Olive Avenue and the rignt-of-way of County Road 19 <br />(Shadywood Road). The City has approved a vacation of the 33* of Navarre Lane adjacent to the <br />former Martin's Service Station property located at 3340 Shoreline Drive. The legal description of <br />the current vacation is as follows: <br />That part of Navarre Lane described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most easterly comer of Lot 21, "WiL-y's Navarre Addition. Lake <br />Minnetonka"; thence southeasterly along the northeasicily line of said Lo. 21 <br />extended to its intersection with the northwesterly line of Ouilot C, "Lafayette <br />Ridge"; thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Outlot C to its <br />point of intersection with the nonheasterly line of Tract A, Registered Land Sur\ ey <br />No. 1433; thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of said Tract A a <br />distance of 33.08 feet to the most northerly comer of said Tract A; thence <br />southwesterly to a point on the northwesterly line of said Tract A, 253.03 feet <br />southw esterly of the most northerly comer of said Tract A; thence North 31degrees <br />52 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of 43.82 feet more or less to a point on the <br />southeasterly line of Lot 5. Block 3, "Townsite of Langdon Park"; thence <br />northeaster!} along the southeasterly line ot said Lot 5. Block 3 to the most easterly <br />comer of said Lot 5, Block 3; thence northeasterly along the southeasterly lines of <br />Lots 22 and 21, "Wiley's Navarre Addition, Lake Minnetonka" to the point of <br />beginning. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
