Identifying how the assigned depanment s m.aiiagers can be relieved of routine,
necessary’, but relatively non-critical administrative functions,
f Enhanced supervision of the assigned department ’s staff which would lead to
greater effectiveness and efficiency.
Some potential drawbacks of the new ly created position could include:
a. Acceptance of tlic new pxisition by the assigned department's leadership, staff, and
other members of the city staff.
b.
