o <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE <br />ORONO GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE <br />TO BE SMOKE-FREE <br />n- <br />WHEREASy the City of Orono is a municipal organization existing under the laws <br />of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono wishes to provided City officials, employees and <br />the general public with a work and meeting environment that is smoke-free; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono owns, operates and maintains the Orono Golf <br />Course Clubhouse at 265 Orono Orchard Road. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council has <br />designated the above named building to be smoke-free. <br />Adopted by the City CouncU of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held April 8, 1096. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
