P <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Staff have recommended to the City Council <br />of the City of Orono. Hennepin County. Minnesota, that the street hereinafter described should <br />be designated as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; <br />MSA No. Street From <br />105 Fox Street Old Crystal Bay Road (CSAH 84) Willow Drive <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for fus <br />consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of ^ <br />constructed improved and maintained as a Municipal Stale Aid Street of the City <br />be numbered and known as a Municipal State Aid Street as indicated above. <br />Adopted this 8th day of April, 1996, <br />Edward J.
