Inc. involving the property located at 1025 Old Crystal Bay Road North for a variance <br />to Ordinance No 144, Second Series, An Interim Ordinance Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Section 462.355, Subdivision 4, to Extend the Moratorium Established in Ordinance No. 139, <br />Second Series Prohibiting the Granting of Preliminary Subdivision Approval, Zoning <br />(CUP/Variance) Approval, Rezoning, PUD or the Issuance of Building Permits Within the <br />Highway 12 Corridor as Defined Therein. The applicant requests a variance to the moratorium <br />ordinance in order to obtain a conditional use permit and building permit u. construct an indoor <br />ice arena at the above referenced property. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at the specified time.
