1.Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy reduced <br />to 1" = 200'. Drawing to include: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary' survey by Frank R. Cardarelle dated <br />February 27. 1996. <br />B. Dedication and designation of designated wetland as drainage easements over <br />the wetland within the homestead parcel and Tracts B and C. <br />C. Dedication of drainage and exility easements 10' along all perimeter property <br />lines and 5' each side of internal property lines to be omitted adjacent to <br />designated wetland. <br />D. Dedication of 25' of right-of-way to be shown as Northern Avenue. <br />Legal documents required: <br />Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage holders or others <br />with property interest indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded easements <br />currently affecting the property. <br />Signed and e.xecutcd Flowage and Conservation Easement over the <br />desiiinated wetland within the plat.
