Containing 2 acres, more or less, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinai • "the property’’); and <br />WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes 462.358 ct. seq. and the City of Orono's Zoning and Platting Codes, the Orono Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing on March 18. 1 996, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on April 8, 1996, the Orono City Council <br />considered this subdivision application of Elaine A. Slechta, noting the following findings of fact: <br />1.The property is located within the LR-IC Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br />Zoning District requiring a minimum of 21,780 s.f. or 1/2 acre of dry land within <br />each lot. <br />I he property contains a total of approximately 4+ acres. 1/3 acre of which is <br />designated wetland. <br />J.Each of the three parcels exceeds the minimum lot area and lot vidth requirement. <br />4.
