The majority ot fill <br />from excavations shil be placed in rear yard. The filling of the rear yard cannot be authorized under <br />the building permit for new construction. The excavations for the new <br />construction will result in approximately 550-600 cubic yards of fill. The majority of fill will be <br />placed to the north or rear of residence. Additional cutting and grading is proposed along the west <br />side of residence in order to direct drainage away from the lower level of the walkout and direct <br />drainauc to the south towards Bayside Road. Total earth movement on the property involves over <br />a 1,000 cubic yards of soil.
