c.Public Service Structures. Public service structures, including, but not <br />limited to, electric transmission lines in buildings such as telephone exchange <br />stations, booster or pressure stations, elevated tanks, lift stations and electric <br />power substations. Personal wireless services and commercial broadcasting <br />antennas and towers shall not be considered essential ser\aces. <br />Section 11. That Section 10.50, I, Industrial District, Subd. 3, of the above-entitled <br />ordinance to be amended by deleting subsection (B) to read as follows: <br />B:------Antenna Structure. One independent antenna structure with ant enna or <br />combination of antenna a tta ched thereto, subordinat e to and servicing the <br />â– incipal use or structure on the same let and customarily incidental thereto <br />that is net atta ched to another structure provided the height of the antenna <br />structufc docs not exceed 65 feet and the antenna structure is set back from <br />any let line a distance at least equal to the total height of the antenna <br />structure. <br />Section 12. That Section 10.75, Height of Structures, Subd. 1, of the above-entitled <br />ordinance be amended and realphabetized to read as follows: <br />Subd. 1. Special Provisions. The height limitations imposed by other provisions of <br />this Chapter may be increased by conditional use permit by 50 percent when applied <br />to the following structures: <br />A:------Antenna or antenna structures. <br />BrA. <br />CrB. <br />BC. <br />£tD. <br />FrE. <br />GtF. <br />ihG. <br />FH. <br />FI. <br />fcj. <br />FtK. <br />MtL. <br />NM. <br />Church spires. <br />Belfries. <br />Cupolas and domes which do not contain useable space. <br />Monuments. <br />Water towers. <br />Fire and hose towers. <br />Observation towers. <br />Flag poles. <br />Chimneys. <br />Smokestacks. <br />Parapet walls extending not more than three feet above height of the building. <br />Cooling towers. <br />Elevator penthouses.
