(.367 acres) <br />Application:Application seeks a hardcover variance in the 75-250' setback area to increase <br />hardcover from 2,419 sq. ft. (25.1%) to 2,488 sq. ft. (25.8%) to allow for <br />improvements to the kitchen and front entrance of an existing residence. A <br />side yard variance to encroach 3.4' into a required 10' side yard is needed for <br />the kitchen addition. <br />Background <br />This application was previously considered by the Planning Commission on 4/21/97. At the City <br />Council meeting on 4/28/97, the applicant indicated that she also wanted to make improvements to <br />the front entry.
