Please see <br />attached refined grading plans of both the existing and proposed site plans. Contour lines and <br />spot elevatipns are shown. <br />The completion of soil borings and analysis are still In process at the time of this submittal, <br />however, the conclusion has been confirmed that the existing foundation is inadequate for the <br />reliable and structurally sound accomodation of the proposed home. The existing foundation <br />will require removal and a new conventional foundation system or piling will be required to <br />support the proposed home. The soH boring analysis being performed by Advanced <br />Engineering Company will confirm the recommended foundation type and such <br />recommendation will be integrated into the the final drawings required for permit. There will be <br />some excavation and backfilling required to install the new foundation and, accordingly, a <br />conditionai use permit is also part of this request to allow the proposed construction.
